Making Cards using Stencils

 Sue ran our most recent project, and supplied some stencils and ink, while some members brought their own, or chose to use a different medium. There were some lovely results!

Plastic Canvas

 We had a play with plastic canvas a few weeks ago, but as the projects take longer than some to complete. I'm only getting around to posting them now.

Jyotsna chose to make bookmarks as gifts

Nadi chose to use a Mary Hickmot pattern and turn the result into a card.

Parvin made a monogram as a gift

Shobha also added her design to a card

Tricia made several things. The boxes and coasters used Etsy patterns, while the needlecase was kept simple and geometric.

Iris Folding

 Michelle recently introduced us all to Manx Quilting, and as soon as I saw it, I thought of Iris Folding - a papercrafting technique I've tried a few times in the past. We had a go today, and the results were lovely and so varied.
